What is Sales Intelligence?

Sales Intelligence is a guided six-step research workflow for B2B sales teams targeting Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs). Pick a country and business segment, and the agent discovers up to 50 institutions ranked by assets, builds a detailed profile of any institution you select, tracks its growth strategy and IT landscape, and finishes with prioritised product-fit recommendations complete with buyer personas.

It replaces hours of manual pre-call research — annual report digging, tech-stack guesswork, persona building — with a single flow that ends in a printable pitch brief.

How to Use Sales Intelligence

The Six Steps

  1. Select Region — Choose a country and one or more business segments (Commercial Banks, Credit Unions, Microfinance, NBFIs, Central Banks, Fintech Aggregators, or a custom segment).
  2. Discover BFIs — Browse the discovered institutions, ranked by estimated total assets. Search, sort, and filter by asset tier or segment, then pick a target.
  3. Institution Profile — Review the legal/brand identity, ownership, business lines, and a 3-year financial snapshot with asset and profit charts. Estimated figures are clearly marked.
  4. Growth Strategy — See strategic initiatives from the last 24 months, tagged by theme (Digital Transformation, M&A, ESG, and more) with cited sources.
  5. IT Landscape — Inspect the known tech stack (core banking, payments, analytics), transformation signals with confidence levels, and a five-dimension technology maturity radar. End-of-life warnings on core systems are flagged.
  6. Sales Intel — Get 5–10 prioritised recommendations with fit scores, positioning statements, differentiators, and buyer personas including pain points, talking points, and objection handling.

Saving and Resuming

Click Save at any point to store the analysis server-side. Saved analyses appear under Recent Analyses on the first step and can be resumed from where you left off. Analyses are retained for 90 days.

Pitch Briefs

On the final step, tick the recommendations you want to include and click Generate Pitch Brief. A print-ready brief opens with the selected recommendations and personas — save it as PDF from the print dialog.
